Return and Exchange Policy at HCDSHOP

RETURNS:

You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Returns Not Accepted:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size choice or unsuitable model. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the size details and product descriptions before making your purchase.

EXCHANGES:

We do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow this procedure:

1. Return the product according to our return policy.
2. Place a new order for the desired item.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

RETURN FEES:

Return shipping costs are fixed at $80, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
